@Robin, the numbers here do not represent at all how serious this issue is. We all have landed here after we have discovered this flawed on the system. There are many Zendesk users out there that have no idea that this issue even exists.

We also badly need this feature. We use Zendesk for internal support and need to be able to set rules to auto Cc folks based on what email address the ticket was received.

We are also having so many issues without this feature as follow-ups just get lost .. Agents have their queues where they look for their daily work .. these tickets land nowhere as no rules are applied to them. Please add this!
