Hi Jake Bantz,

A workaround I've seen some customers use is to create a section where they can move articles that they want to archive, and instead restrict the viewing permissions to only admins or their KB team.

It looks like archived articles that have been restored (with viewing permissions set to admin agents and admins only) don't seem to show up in Explore. Does that mean we lose everything we need for reporting once an article as been archived once?

+1 we absolutely need this without coding knowledge!

Manual subscription per user should be supported too, in user details or/and article/section settings.

Personally, all my customers have my time zone in their profile. Is that normal?

I wish I could automatically update/populate their time zones in batch based on their last IP address?

Thanks for sharing this but I'm confused with this process. I may be wrong or miss something but why not CC'ing contact directly to do the same thing when the response needs to be public?

Hi there,

A quick bump on this thread...

I do not see any 'New' in Status drop-down menu when setting a Trigger on my end. Is any experiencing the same thing ?
