it should be possible to add some custom fields like email while using talk widget, it is an omnichannel platform, and it would be great to able collect customer email or any necessary business custom field before collect request a call in talk widget...

it is a common feature in Call Center. it should be possible add some custom away status for monitoring, most of CC Brands additional custom reason code for Not available status
