Thank you! unfortunately I haven't got any update or solution from Zendesk. We keep seeing that message on our Support site and at this point we are considering moving out of Zendesk. This is very frustrating. It shouldn't be this hard to communicate with Zendesk Support. Thanks again for trying.

Yes! we've been with Zendesk for 7 years and the service has declined in the last years! I've been trying to fix an invoice for more than a month now, and they just close my tickets saying they'll fix it and then nothing happens. I opened 3 tickes so far with same result. So frustrating.

Is it possible to brand the Tab on Teams? We would like the Tab on Teams to be named same as our Help Desk Team. Change the logo would be great too. Is it possible?

+1....I have been struggling trying to find a way for agents to fill a custom form. Filling a form from the support site is not a nice experience. The fields are very small, you don't see the description field, etc. We definitely need this!

This is happening to us too but only when the agent clicks on the 'Tags' fields. I opened a ticket today and I am waiting for Zendesk to get back. Please let me know if you find a solution. Thanks!
