As an Admin role, we need to be able to have more control about universal notifications. Such as when a deal reaches a certain phase, or created or closed. That currently has to be set per user. There are many basic admin functionalities that are missing across the product and this is one of them. It limits adoption, and relies on the user to set up notifications and that does not scale across the board. Think about having to tell an Executive to sign up for their own notifications.

The is definitely going to be a huge item when it comes to renew. This functionality is a basic staple amongst the competitors.

Hi Marie, Thank you. However this was not about reporting, but have default dashboards within Sell for certain groups with specific smart lists. While Explore does solve for reporting, we are most interested in the Sell Dashboards for smartlists (yes reporting here would also be nice). Its a challenge across the sell platform for scaling and growth. We are limited as an admin to set our team up to win. We have to put on them to create the dashboard with Smartlist and such, set their own notifications and such.

In most CRMS/Account Management Tools, such as Salesforce, Hubspot and Client Success, you can create a dashboard for certain teams. Its much easier for me as an admin to go in and create what we know execs or certain teams want/need, but currently there are only templates. (Those in itself are an issue because if I update a template with additional fields for instance, they do not update the smartlist if someone grabbed the template prior.)
While we do like for our users to have the option to customize, too much set up on their end, means they do not use the system as much because its time consuming.
Also impersonating (or assuming identity) as an admin would be helpful as well. This would also provide a way to set up items for certain user.

Yes I totally agree to the above item. I dont want to send a dashboard. I need to be able to schedule an excel file out to certain email address for individuals, that are not in ZD.. nor do they need to go to a dashboard link to download the file they need.
