You should be able to create a category, move the section you want to "transform" under the new category, and then create more sections. If you are saying you want your existing articles to be at category level, you can't do that, unfortunately.

You can add more than one section into a category. You just can't add individual articles into a category. What does the structure look like in Guide admin? You can create a new category and drop sections into it is what I was thinking.

Hi Lais,

You can create a new category and simply move that section into it. You can't add articles to a category. You can only add sections to a category, so that's your best option.

Product management, is a Guide update in the works to solve this and the many other long standing issues? We all know you are aware of the problems users face. It feels like we're being ignored and nothing will ever be done. Please just tell us - respond to feedback in a meaningful way, not just we know and we're working on it. It's been too long. Thank you.

Sadly, you can only add articles to a section. I would very much like to publish articles at the category level, too.

Once our team expands, this is going to create problems for us, too. We have too many Administrator users now as it is to get around other permission constraints.

I've noticed images disappearing again as well. We have well over 1000 articles in two help centers, many with at least one image. There is no way to police image links in Guide articles that I know of.

Would a product manager please comment on what causes this issue? I know I have attached images correctly, so I don't think there's anything else I can do on my end.
