En raison de problèmes juridiques liés aux numéros de téléphone mobile à 10 chiffres utilisés pour envoyer des messages d’une plateforme à un utilisateur final (A2P) en France, Zendesk a pris la décision d’arrêter temporairement la vente de numéros de téléphone mobile français. Nous travaillons sur une solution qui permettra aux clients de Zendesk de continuer à acheter et à utiliser ces numéros de téléphone mobile français et nous l’annoncerons lorsqu’elle sera disponible.

Le nombre de tickets dans votre instance ne devrait pas ralentir son fonctionnement.
Zendesk archive automatiquement les tickets 120 jours après qu’ils ont été marqués comme Clos pour réduit les temps de chargement des vues, par exemple.

You can find all email related properties used in our API in our documentation.

Si vous faites référence aux numéros locaux en France, j'ai bien peur qu'il ne soit pas possible de recevoir des SMS sur ces numéros.

If you port your number in Zendesk, the price will be the same as the ones displayed in this article.
The price for sending outbound SMS varies according to the country where you are sending it.
You can use the "I text customers in" dropdown menu and select the country where you are sending the SMS to display the prices.

I'm afraid there is no way to temporarily close a line In Talk.
You can create a specific IVR to redirect your customers to a voicemail and enable it when this line is closed.
However, you would have to enable this IVR manually every day when the line close.

You are correct, it is also possible for an agent to update their groups from their user profile.
You can control the permission to create, modify, delete groups and manage team members assigned to groups in your custom role under Permissions > People
