I think the BOT itself can be duplicated/cloned but the triggers inside a bot are not.
This feature is quite beneficial for companies like us who have a lot of similar product models but need to be triggered separately.
For example, a trigger for the product info of Product A (ex. 4K resolution camera) is different from the trigger for the product info of Product B (ex. FHD resolution camera) but the contents and flow are similar.

I was also thinking of something similar to this feature.
It's like giving alternatives to customers to proceed to other flows or triggers.
For example, linking "a trigger/intent" (trigger A) inside another trigger/intent (trigger B) so there is no need to duplicate the contents of a trigger A but continue the flow of trigger B with trigger A.

Zendek Admin 페이지에서 채널 탭을 찾을 수 있지요? 거기서부터 이렇게 하시면 Chat History 유지한지 말지라는 기능 보실 수 있습니다.
Zendesk Admin > Channels > Messaging and Social > Messaging > Authentication > (Forget History)

Any update on this one?
I tried copying a series of steps inside an intent to another intent but it seems impossible.
Even duplicating the same intent in the list of intents seems to be a missing feature.
Can you make this possible? We can copy/duplicate macros and whatnot. Why not the basic duplication for the intents in Zendesk bot?
