Hi Zendesk people, 

 

We have the “Failed to deliver to some recipients. Learn about delivery errors” popping up all over our tickets but then there is no error.  There is no ‘exclaimation mark' against the requestors name, etc.  It is incredibly annoying as we have no way to figure out whats going on.
