we use the Community as a kind of wish box. Our customers can make a 'wish' which they want to be done in our software, but they need to make a PDF with screenshots etc. It would be nice if they can upload their file themselves, 'cause now the sent it to us via a ticket in Zendesk and we add the file to their post on Community. I'm sure you understand it costs us a lot of time and it's also going wrong now and then.

our customers also would like to be able to add files to community posts!
Can you add this functuionality to your roadmap?!
