Hi evanthia dimitriou - you can create more than 10 ticket deletion schedules but keep only 1 active at any time unless you have the Advanced Data Privacy and Protection (ADPP) add-on that allows you to keep up to 10 active ticket deletion schedules. I am not sure I fully understand your question, but the deletion happens only based on “the then active” deletion schedule. Also, the deletion happens at the ticket level, not at a note or a specific comment level. If your question was something else, please elaborate it a bit.

The ability to create deletion schedules to delete just the attachments while keeping the tickets is on our roadmap. The exact timing is undecided at this time, but we expect to deliver it in the next 6-12 months.

We have this feature planned for release in the second half of 2024. Note that, in line with ticket deletion schedules, there will be a version of user deletion schedules (timed deletion) that'll be available as part of your Zendesk plan license. If you'd require additional segmentation options such as brand, tags, etc., you'd have to add the Advanced Data Privacy and Protection add-on

Hi Jon E McClain 

When a ticket is deleted, all associated conversations are also deleted. Conversations which do not result in a ticket (i.e. a bot conversation) will be deleted separately. We are working to integrate that with our deletion admin settings in 2024.
