「記事を配置」画面で記事タイトルの右横に設定している表示対象ユーザーが表示されると思うのですが、なぜか表示対象ユーザーを「エージェントと管理者」または「サインインユーザー」で設定している記事は、どちらも「エージェントおよびマネージャー」という全く同じ表示になってしまい、現状見分けがつかなくなっています。

その他カスタムの表示対象ユーザーに設定している場合は、その名称通りに表示されているので、上記の事象はバグか何かだとは思うのですが、作業ミスの原因にもなりかねないので、改善をお願いいたします。

最近のアップデートに伴い、すべてのチャネルに対してワイルドカード（*）を使用できるようになったようです。

I sent an inquiry about this matter to the technical support in japan and they fixed it.

Guideのエディタツールを使用して記号付き（または番号付き）リストを挿入し、そのリストに1つ下げでインデントを入れたいのですが、エディタツールの「インデント」を使用すると2つ下げになってしまいます。

「Tabキー」の利用やソースコードで余分に入った

を削除することで1つ下げにすることは可能ですが、エディタツールで操作できるよう改善をお願いいたします。

チケット内のコメント右上に表示されるタイムスタンプの曜日（または「今日」や「昨日」）が正常に表示されていないことがありました。

詳細としては、日本時間で水曜日にエンドユーザーに返信したコメントを金曜日の午前8時半頃に確認した際、タイムスタンプに「昨日」と表示されているのを発見しました。
その後、午前9時を境に「水曜」に変わったのですが、これはなぜでしょうか。

以下の投稿の回答に、「エージェントUIは、ハードコードされたUTCタイムスタンプを
ユーザーの現在のタイムゾーンに変換するように設計されています。」と記載があります。

「エージェントインターフェイスのタイムスタンプが常にUTCタイムスタンプと一致しないのはなぜですか？」

このことから、タイムスタンプのUIの更新がUTC標準時間の午前0時（日本時間の午前9時）に行われているのではないかと推測しています。
しかし、この設計では問合せ対応の際に混乱を招く可能性があるので、タイムスタンプのUI更新をユーザーのタイムゾーンに合わせて行うよう改善をお願いいたします。

「許可リストとブロックリストを使用したZendesk Supportへのアクセスの管理」

上記のZendeskヘルプページの「ドメインを承認し、他のすべてのユーザーを一時停止する」に「許可リストにドメインを追加して特定のドメインにZendesk Supportへのアクセスを許可し、さらに、ブロックリストにワイルドカード（*）を追加して別のメールドメインのすべてのユーザーを一時停止することができます。」と記載されていますが、この設定はメールでのお問合せで作成されたチケットのみに適応されると認識しています。

Webフォームから作成されたチケットに対してもワイルドカードが利用できるよう、実装についてご検討をお願いいたします。

Using the allowlist and blocklist to control access to Zendesk Support

Although, in Zendesk Help article above, it says "You can allow specific domains access to your Zendesk by adding the domain in the allowlist and suspend all users with a different email domain by adding a wildcard (*) in the blocklist.", we are aware that this setting applies only for the tickets created via mails.

It would be great if it applies for tickets created via Web form too.
Please kindly consider this matter.

The day of week (or "today", "yesterday") of the timestamp shown on the upper right corner of ticket comments sometimes don't show correctly.

For more details, we posted a comment on a ticket on Wednesday and when we checked the same comment on Friday around 8:30AM (in Japan time), we found out that it said "Yesterday" in the timestamp.
Later, after 9:00AM, it changed to "Wednesday"  and we are wondering why.

In the answer of the following post, it says "The agent UI is designed to convert the hardcoded UTC timestamp to the user's current time zone."
Why don't timestamps in the agent interface always match the UTC timestamp?
Considering the fact mentioned above, we assume that Zendesk updates timestamp UI at 0AM in UTC (9AM in Japan time).

However, there are possibilities that this design can cause a confusion while responding to user inquiries.
We would like to ask you to fix this so the timestamp UI gets updated in user's time zone.
