Hi Tipene, I've reviewed the article, but I don't think any of those apply. I've ensured through our admin panel that agent comments vie email are public by default, and non-email conversations are public by default. Can we make a ticket for this? Our communications are not returning to the public default after using #note for one response.

We'd like to only use the #note or #private mail API call to be for that one response, not as a toggle for the entire thread and all future responses.

I'm noticing that using #note applies to the whole communication thread, affecting future responses from agents on the ticket as well. Is there a way to only make one comment update private, but then have future responses to go back to public (back to the default)?
