We are implementing Zendesk chat and support in our mobile app and we want to authenticate the mobile users via JWT
We have an jwt endpoint working propertly and the address is correctly put in the right side. (https://developer.zendesk.com/documentation/classic-web-widget-sdks/support-sdk/working-with-the-support-sdk/building-a-dedicated-jwt-endpoint-for-the-support-sdk/)
We develop the setIdentity with jwtAuth in the mobile side (https://developer.zendesk.com/documentation/classic-web-widget-sdks/support-sdk/ios/sdk_set_identity/)
But we coudn´t see any calls to the jwt endpoint from mobile apps.
Any help?
