Hello Zendesk Team,
we are using the Timed Ticket Deletion (beta) to delete old Tickets. However, this feature doesn't make much sense in terms of GDPR compliance when personal data of the submitting end user is still kept in a separate database.
Please add a Timed End User Deletion so that all end users who are inactive since x time and / or whose tickets have been permanently deleted are automatically deleted as well. Having the option to 'forget users' is a must have for GDPR...

I have two questions regarding this feature:
1. When does a timed deletion go into effect? I checked the box today to delete all tickets older than 730 days. Right now I can still see them...
2. What happens to end users? Will ticket deletion also delete (or soft delete?) all personal data of the end users? This is what everybody needs to comply with GDPR :)

Please add me to the beta as well. To be honest, this is a GDPR must-have feature so this should be in production since 2018 ;)

Ok, it looks like with the new agent workspace, user E-Mail adresses in tickets are not visible anymore? Can we get them back please?
