Greg Katechis I am having a similar issue where I am trying to create a proactive chat for a customer via the API and I am unable to. Is there a reason this functionality is being blocked?

Its usually one or two a week. The issue is when the agents need to have it done but only the admins can get to it. The idea is to enable the agents to run a command from either slack or Zendesk to allow the agent to block the number as well as add it to a list that's easily seen for all agents.

As our call volume goes up so to is the amount of numbers we have to block. Being able to route a slack message or a macro to an api call would lesson a simple issue for our ops team.

The Live data only lets you filter on 5 different metrics. This is not even close to be enough for an MVP release. At the bare minimum we would need to separate out unassigned.
