Hello,
it would be helpful to have a better sorting function for macros in Zendesk.
Especially when having to deal with many different markets/Products/languages out of the same Zendesklicense.
This would be very helpful.

I also agree that macros should support this.
We have the need to fill custom text fields with makros in order to standardised our processes and use makros even more sufficient.
