Hi!
Some questions…
- How is it possible to display the Instagram username instead of the name? It makes it difficult to retrieve the actual user page on instagram.
- Why mentions do not come up, as it appears on Instagram and Facebook Business chat windows?
- Why don't we get posts reply, as we have with Facebook integrations?
All these points make this integration so poor that we can't actually use it.

Pourquoi les mentions ne remontent-elles pas, comme ce que nous pouvons avoir dans Instagram ou Facebook Business ? Ou comment faire pour les afficher ?

Nous ne trouvons pas comment afficher/récupérer le nom d'utilisateur/profil instagram du contact, nous ne récupérons que le nom du compte, ce qui nous empêche de retrouver facilement la page instagram du contact, ou il faudrait que l'on récupère également un lien pour accéder au profil.
Comment faire ?

Hi guys,
I have some concerns about Zendesk "solved" and Facebook "done" statuses.
I would like that both act the same: a Zensek ticket marked as "solved" would change the Facebook status to "done" and a FB ticket moved to "done" would change the ZD ticket status to "solved".
How can it be done?
