+100. Also very much looking for this feature. Such a simple solution would make it SO MUCH EASIER to improve the self-service and improve longterm CSAT

Do you have any workaround how to enable column sorting on those different attributes? By default, it's only possible to sort columns involving metrics, but not attributes. I would like to work flexibly with my ready table and sort it by Ticket ID or Solved date or Assignee or Satisfaction…

Also struggling with it. I've worked on a complex CSAT table with many different attributes and can't sort it now. Need it flexible, sort by assignee, by ticket id, by solve date, by satisfaction rating etc. That's too basic to get stuck on it!
