Post Feedback - Admin Center

Previously, I could change views, macros, triggers, etc. without a new tab opening up. Now, if I want to change a view it bounces me to the admin center, and then I have to open another new tab to go back to my regular instance to view the change. These unnecessary steps have made things more inconvenient than before.

Have there been any updates to this? Clients can now select "Open" "Awaiting your reply" and "Solved" But I still don't see an option for "On-hold"?
