It would be very useful if the side conversations could also be printed when printing tickets. Since we have to print many tickets and save them in the ERP system for controlling reasons.
When printing tickets, the internal notes are already printed. I have also seen that I am not the only one from the community who supports this function. Thanks a lot!

YES YES YES, we definitly need the ability to print side conversations too, when we print the whole ticket!
