Another use case is when a preview link has expired, it is difficult to find which article was awaiting review. The article preview link contains the article ID so being able to search via article ID would be extremely helpful. Thank you.

How do tags and labels work together? 
Are labels now meant to be more internal facing for content management purposes? For example, if I label a log in article with 'Q3 release' or 'duplicate' or 'variation' - will it factor in the search results? 
If the article is labelled with the abovementioned labels, and tagged with 'username', 'product name' and 'password' and 'activate account', will the search pick up these tags and override the labels?

When assigning articles in bulk, the assignee receives multiple separate emails. Is it possible to consolidate the notification emails into one email that contains links to all the articles?

Please extend the validity of the article preview link beyond 1 hour. 

It is unrealistic to expect others to review content within such a short time frame. 

3 business days would be the minimum. Thank you

Sharon Burton We have almost the same use case and are also looking into Paligo to overcome this. Sounds like Paligo is serving you well and would serve us well too.

Experiencing the same limitations here. Having to copy and paste from Google Docs due to not being able to view historical comments or mark up parts of an article natively within Zendesk adds additional time to our workflow and increases the possibility of human errors in the process. Can we please have a better reviewing feature built in Zendesk that supports the common content creation process of write > review > edit > review > publish
