We keep getting complaints from our customers that the zendesk chat widget attach button is not very user-friendly.
- It does not support pasting images directly
- It supports very limited set of file types ("Upload failed. File type is not supported")
- Specifically it doesn't support office files like word, excel, etc.
- It doesn't mention which file types are supported, so customers keep try and fail
Fixing all the above would make it much more useful.
