Alors je n'avais pas complètement précisé le but de ma demande : les KPIs. Je ne pense pas me tromper en disant que les statistiques reprennent uniquement le dernier groupe pour un ticket.
Du coup on n'as pas d'hsitorique quand on veut des stats sur la vie d'un ticket. Nous c'est le support niveau 1 qui répond toujours en dernier au client, toutes nos stats seraient dans support niveau 1...
