It's very disappointing that the comment order was changed in Agent Workspace without providing an option to choose comment order ascending or descending. Please consider offering this in the future.

At my company we have agents that are solely responsible for a pool of clients that we track under organizations.

We need to be able to create a view that agents can go to that will show all tickets from only the organizations that each user is part of.

Something like "Organization include [current user assigned organizations]".

As of now it looks like we will have to create views for each and every agent and manually add all the organizations to the view that the agent needs to see. This is duplicative as we already add the agent as a member of the organizations they need to manage. Each agent can have dozens of organizations, so individually checking the organization's tickets is not efficient.
