Post Feedback - Help Center (Guide)

Would be nice to be able to sort ticket replies in help center request. Allowing sorting of emails in a ticket in DESC order not just ASC by default so that customers don't have to scroll to the very bottom for latest responses.

When using the Actions> Email Transcript action from within Zendesk

It would be nice if the last email from one chat interaction isn't persisted, to avoid mistakenly sending a transcript to the last customer email.
