"Updater Group"  would be helpful in controlling calculated attributes better.  Right now the way we are doing it uses include statements and if statements to separate the groups.  This works but since we manage the groups in the admin center it doesn't make sense to have to do that in the attributes too.

It would be useful to include cc's for non-agents in macros. This would help our team make sure all of the client's team members are included on tickets.  We often have requests from clients to do this and automating the process would make it easier to manage.

We would like to use this to see if a client is cc'd on an internal ticket.  This will help improve our communication and organize our tickets.
