Nancy Orgill we are having the same issue in our account. Is it because of the switch to Messaging? I'm going to have to switch focus mode back off and go back to rostering staff off phones. Argh

Post Developer - Zendesk APIs

Hi everyone,

I have accounts with Lazada, Shopee and Qoo10 in Singapore that I would like to integrate with our Zendesk Support ticketing system.

At the moment, I lack the ability to accurately show our Activity as a Customer Service team across all channels because these e-commerce chat functions aren't included in my reporting.

As our business grows, more e-commerce platforms are likely to be used to power this growth, so I want to be able grow our use of Zendesk too.

I'm told that this is possible, but have had multiple developers come back to me and say "too-hard". I lack the ability to code, (although I'm now teaching myself very slowly as a result of this) but need a solution faster than I can build my skills.
