Is there a way to filter out agent views? and make sure that the stats report only signed-in users view (or other user segments we specify)

Hi Erin, yes I am. The metric 'Days between creating & view' works but not the 'Views within 30 days of creation'.

Is it possible to type in the drop-down ticket field so that end users can quickly get to the values they need, as opposed to scrolling endlessly?
