We would like to be able to add a field based on dropdown options that were selected in another field. 

The use case for this is that when we close a ticket we choose an option "What was the ticket about" this is normally a section of where the issue was in our system. 

We would like to get more info based on a second field that gives options based on what was on the previous field selected.

Having the ability to include an unlimited number of views is crucial for our operations. We leverage these views to monitor the workload of each agent. Given that we manage tickets both automatically and manually, it's essential for us to be able to create as many views as the number of our agents. At the moment, the main dashboard allows for 12 views while personal dashboards accommodate 8, which is insufficient as our company expands.

The rationale behind this restriction is unclear to us, considering that lifting the limit on views should not impose any extra cost on Zendesk.

Can you please review this feature and maybe lift the limit or give us an alternative?

Thanks Graham but we are looking for something native to Zendesk, we think hiding the brand should be an option since you can isolate the brands from one another we don't see why there is no option to also hide the brands from one another.

Is there any way for the dev team to prioritize this or confirm that it will be an option in Zendesk?

Feature Request Summary: 

The ability to hide the brand dropdown from a ticket

Zendesk needs to the ability to completely separate Brands from each other so that a user who is a member of one brand can not see any information from another.

Description/Use Cases: 

We are setting up our resellers as Brands to have visibility over their workload. The only issue is that we cannot 100% separate brands from one another, the brand dropdown on a ticket is still there so reseller A can move a ticket to reseller B which is not ideal. We don't want Brands to know of one another.

Business impact of limitation or missing feature:

This is critical to our business, without hiding the Brand we cannot 100% separate the brands from one another.

We are also interested in this, we are 99% done with the setup so we managed to separate the brands but the only issue is that you cannot hide the Brand dropdown so brands can just move tickets to other brands. We don't want to allow this but more importantly, we want to hide brands from one another.
