I have a similar issue - the conditional field never shows for me when the field is preset, and when I type it manually, they do show. I wonder if you found a solution!

Thanks for the feedback! 

I see that the document you shared explains how to add comments to the child ticket in the side conversation but I do not see any information on how to do vice versa - add comments from the child ticket to the parent ticket. Is it possible as well?

Hi there,

I'd like to post a public reply from the child ticket created as a part of the side conversation to a parent ticket. I'm thinking of using Webhook, and I assume I'd need to use automation but I need to figure out which conditions can help me accomplish this. The workflow would be every time a public update in a child ticket and a specific tag is added, post that public reply to the parent ticket. 

I'd appreciate any advice!

I want that when a user submits a request to us via the Zendesk portal; they see the multiple ticket forms displayed as boxed instead of a dropdown.
