Is it possible to map created field in Jira (when the ticket was created) to a Zendesk field? I don't see it on the field mapping screen in Jira.

Is there a way to only see the full resolution time average for tickets created and solved on the same month? ie, resolution time for tickets created and solved in January, February, March, only, etc?

Hello, is there a way to add a custom display metric where the results for specific tickets channels are combined? Say I just want to see Web (but combined results of mobile SDK, API, etc.)and Chat.

Thank you! In the case where the Jira ID has changed, say if it's moved to a different project, will the integration capture this change as well?

Will this automatically sync existing tickets that are linked with Jira? Or is it a "moving forward" function?

In testing out the notification app, I noticed that the broadcast function only adds a red dot on the bell icon. Is there a way that we can make announcements more prominent, like a pop out message or a notification sound?
