When conducting a smart list export, I do get a relation from contacts to companies by the company ID. However this relation between contacts (persons) and companies cannot be found when using the API. Can you give us clear directions how to go forward? Thanks in advance.

Hi all, if the status of the customer is 'current customer' but a deal is lost, will this turn the status to 'past customer' automatically?

And another question, how can the customer status of a contact (=company) be different from the associated contact (employee)? We have situation where the Company is a 'Current customer' and the Employee has status 'Past customer'. Do these all need to be set manually for all related contacts (company and employees) or do they synchronize?
