+1 - we are encountering the same troubles with a country field and having the limitation stop us around "S". The workarounds offered do not provide a good user experience when navigating through the widget so we'd love to see this expanded.

How can I get insight into who of our agents sign into Zendesk each day and if so, how many times? Is there a dashboard or report that I can run showing this?

Hi All, 

Help needed! 

Would you recommend setting up separate help centers or hosting all information (internal and external) under on help center and restricting content based on user-segment/article? 

We are new to Zendesk Guide and migrating over from another KM tool. We'd like to set this up right the first time.
