Hi, I just received an email that the JWT SSO is switching from GET to POST
Starting May 1, 2024, you will be required to use HTTP POST requests instead of HTTP GET requests to avoid problems signing in to Zendesk.
This article does not have a lot of details about this new POST request. What is the expected response? Are any cookies required to be sent in the request?
I have a feeling this change is not going to be compatible with our implementation.
If you are worried about security, why not switch to an OIDC approach?
