How do we stop Zendesk from formatting random strings like `#{my_number}` into Ticket links? We aren't using either `ticket.link` or `ticket.id`, but every number with an # is getting converted. We don't want customers to see or have access to these links.

I would like to allow users to reply to tickets from a new email thread using the replyto address like support+id756347@organization.zendesk.com
We have several email templates from other vendors and want to provide buttons to respond to the ticket. These notification emails would replace the emails sent by Zendesk when the ticket is created.
