Upvoted, but also wish to emphasize the specific use-case that @... mentions above. It is extremely arduous to get a report on non-Light Agent, non-Suspended users (that is, active licensees), which is the most common type of report I could foresee a ZD admin wanting to have to understand their current all-up license usage.
By a similar token, being able to see only Suspended users, but not (conversely) only non-Suspended (that is, Active) users likewise leaves a major use-case unaddressed by the current filter options.

Similarly, we have a dedicated team, separate from our ZD admin team, who historically have owned the bot admin work in our current ZD-compatible solution (Solvvy). Inability to have that team pick up that same work in ZD is a significant headwind to our adopting the native ZD bot solution and realizing the synergies that solution offers within the platform.
