Olá!

Estamos precisando de uma solução para o uso do App Zendesk, pois como o mesmo não fornece informações para alimentar o relatório de login, precisamos que o uso dele seja bloqueado para a nossa conta.
Se não for possível bloquear, que seja possível, ao menos, rastrear o login quando realizado através do App, indicando, inclusive, por onde ele realizou o login na plataforma.

Este é um meio que temos para controle de escalas, e como o relatório de auditoria ainda é muito limitado, não contar com este tipo de relatório tem gerado uma situação de atrito internamente, a qual não estaria acontecendo se tivéssemos as informações sobre os horários de login de cada agente.

Faço-me disponível para quaisquer dúvidas que possam ter surgido sobre o relato.

We were trying to find some logout logging at the audit dashboard, and couldnt find it. We also tried with your support team, but we had no success as well, and as suggestion, they told us to start a thread with this subject.
So, is it possible to implement it? It would be way too usefull for us, cause we work at schedules and sometimes we don't know when our agents logged out, only when they logged in.

EDIT: And taking advantage of the occasion, I noticed that those who log in through the app do not have their records saved on the same dashboard.
Is there any other way to check this, or does it really not generate any log?
