We have a need company wide to be able to drill in on reports for our dashboards. We are experiencing users that are lite agents or not Admins in Explore are unable to drill in on the dashboards to export a report. Where can we enable this so that our internal cross-functional teams are able to fully use the dashboards we create for them without us having to perform drill-in analysis for them?

Can this article please be updated? I do not have the “Advanced” tab to adjust border color of tables or border line size to make my borders stand out more on tables within Guide. If someone can point me to an article that outlines how to change the border color or the border line size, I'd appreciate it. 

I agree, I used this feature to add Logos to dashboards in the Legacy Explore instance, and I'm currently unable to have this same ability in the new Explore instance. I would greatly appreciate it if it were included, as we're expected to migrate these dashboards to the new instance. Thanks!

Checking in on this, it's been a little over 2 years, and it appears the highlight or clear formatting feature is still not present in Zendesk. Any update on this issue?

Can we get the answer in this forum so people researching the same issue can have the answer as well?
