Upvote from me. This is something that would be very useful.
For example having a customer process for raising an issue, followed by an internal area that provides the process for the support team to follow to resolve the issue for the client.
This is functionality that's also available on other knowledge based applications, so will be valued here and saves time having to create two separate articles.

I require the ability to be able to have data to be able to build reports which show analysis of client use of our help centre articles.
At the moment the current offering is very limited.
There is no way for me to report specifically on which clients have accessed each articles and when they accessed them from within Explore.

Another vote from me. We have a report which shows a RAG status, but we cant add conditional formatting to colour the box red, amber or green depending on the value. This is needed for a director report.
