エージェントの個人メールアドレスに届いたメールをZendeskに転送する場合に、元々CCで追加されていたアドレスがチケットに反映されません。
CCの人数が多い場合、それらすべてをエージェントがチケット上でCCに登録するのは効率的ではありません。ユーザーに再度追加いただくようアナウンスしている状況です。
自動的にCCに登録されるように機能改善を要望します。

Regarding the ability to delete/reset groups in bulk, I too would like to request that the function be added.
We made a mistake in setting up synchronization with Azure AD and had to manually delete 700 groups.
