Post Feedback - Ticketing system (Support)

I would like the end user to be able to select a drop-down of end users in the system in a ticket form. This would allow them to select the hiring manager for new user requests from the existing user base without manually managing a list of users that already exists in the system.

 

What problem do you see this solving? (1-2 sentences) 

This would allow the users to select the data needed without us managing a second list that could be out of date when the data already exists in the system.

 

When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool? What happened? How often does this problem occur and how does this impact your business? (3-4 sentences)

Currently.

 

Are you currently using a workaround to solve this problem? (If yes, please explain) (1-2 sentences)

Using a text field that has the potential not to be valid data

 

What would be your ideal solution to this problem? How would it work or function? (1-2 sentences)

 

The ideal solution would be for the existing Lookup Relationship field to be able to be used by end users.

Is it possible to add time to a ticket via email using a #timetracking or some such variant?
