I'm looking for a way to publish an “outage” page. We deploy new solutions or do maintenance at a set schedule each week and, sometimes, unplanned outages. I was trying to see if ZenDesk could support some type “outage” page where people could see whether there was planned our unplanned outages. Does this functionality exist? I feel like I could use an article in the Help Center, possibly.
