Hey,

Could we implement folder system in Workstream page and report page? I have a big team that leads to many workstreams, reports etc. Currently we have folders in forecast tab and this is very helpful. 

We also need to have similar functionality in reports and workstreams so it would be much easier to group information.

In addition, it would be useful to have 2 levels for folders so I could group teams' assets into department folders and have more of a hierarchical structure.

Hey, I think if we could restrict new messages to closed conversations it would be a game changer. 

We would like to have a feature where we could restrict amount of hours agent is assigned to one tasks. This is most relevant when during auto scheduling some agents assigned to work whole day with calls while others not. We would like to balance load for the agents through ability to have only certain amount of hours assigned.
