    I get the same error even with the specified settings. why. What should I do?

    If you get an error, you can seem to fix it by clicking 
    "Click here to re-enable".

    However, you cannot receive forwarded calls in this state.
    And when I redraw, I get the same error again.

    To resolve this error you need to make sure that your browser has the latest update or at least the last two versions. Also, you might want to try it in incognito or a different browser if the issue persists. For more information, please see: Setting up your browser or phone to take calls.

    It seems that this error occurs when the browser is closed with the status "Transfers only".
    Should I close the browser after setting it to "offline"?
    What is the difference between "Transfers only" and "offline" settings when closing the browser?

    You can check out the definitions for each Talk status here: Setting your Talk agent state.

    You should always set your Talk status to Offline when closing out your browser. Exiting the browser or shutting down your device does not automatically set your status to Offline.

    Closing the browser after setting it to "offline" no longer causes an error.
