マイクへのアクセス許可の設定方法は、ブラウザごとに異なります。以下でお使いのブラウザについてご確認ください。
Chrome
「許可する（デフォルト）」ではなく、マイクとサウンドの両方を「許可する」に設定します。
- URLの左側にある安全接続アイコンをクリックします。「サイト設定」を選択します。
- 「音声」までスクロールダウンして、「自動（デフォルト）」から「許可する」に変更します。

Safari
- 「Safari」＞「設定...」＞「Webサイト」を選択します。
- 「マイク」で、サブドメインの権限を「許可する」に変更します。

Firefox
Firefoxでは、コールの受信時にマイクの管理を行えます。
- デバイスのマイクをサブドメインと共有するかどうかを確認するポップアップが表示されます。
- 今後、この選択をFirefoxに記憶させる場合は、「この選択を記憶する」を選択します。
- 「許可」をクリックします。

I get the same error even with the specified settings. why. What should I do?
If you get an error, you can seem to fix it by clicking
"Click here to re-enable".
However, you cannot receive forwarded calls in this state.
And when I redraw, I get the same error again.
To resolve this error you need to make sure that your browser has the latest update or at least the last two versions. Also, you might want to try it in incognito or a different browser if the issue persists. For more information, please see: Setting up your browser or phone to take calls.

It seems that this error occurs when the browser is closed with the status "Transfers only".

You should always set your Talk status to Offline when closing out your browser. Exiting the browser or shutting down your device does not automatically set your status to Offline.
Closing the browser after setting it to "offline" no longer causes an error.
