    Hi Aswin!  Yes, when utilizing a third party telephony integration this does incur the Partner Editions pricing within Zendesk.  This is noted on the app description in the app marketplace.  If you have any specific questions related to your bill, feel free to send a ticket to support@zendesk.com and we'd be happy to assist in more detail.

    Aswin - I was wondering if you could give me some additional info on your Five9 integration.  My main question is how the screen pop / phone # search works between Five9 and ZenDesk.  Does Five9 search a specific field for matching inbound phone # or just a general search of ZenDesk to return applicable tickets?

    Hi James, Using the Five9 add-on and talk partner edition helps with populating the user profile in Zendesk based on the incoming call number. Also, if you have Five9 additional services, you can play the call recordings straight from the ticket. We're not using this as of now, but it'd be up to everyone's use-case.
