Launch an article in the Web Widget API

    Hi Brad:

    We have been exploring enabling the Web Widget to open to a single designated article instead of a search results list. I don't have an ETA for this but appreciate your use case as we think more about it. In the meantime, you could configure Contextual Help, with the zE.setHelpCenterSuggestions JS APIs to autosuggest the article(s) that you want to surface in the widget when you active it with zE.activate.

    Any update on the availability of this?

    With all of the other great features in the WebWidget API, I'm surprised that I can't open a specific article.

    This feature is very important.

    It can save my client's time and prevent them from wondering around looking for information.

    Any updates here ? This is a very valuable feature. We don't want the customers to get distracted by opening the help articles in a new tab (which we do in our web apps as of today).
