    Hi Moshe,

    Unfortunately there isn't a feature available for the integration that can continuously sync Salesforce information to newly created tickets in your Zendesk account. However, the information you provided sounds like it might be better suited to perhaps be placed in Organization custom fields or User custom fields in your Zendesk account. So that may be an option you'll want to explore, as those are supported and we have documentation on how to do that at this link: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/203659996-Salesforce-Configuring-user-and-organization-syncing-in-Salesforce

    Has this feature been implemented yet - Updating Salesforce information onto Zendesk tickets as and when they get created?
    Is there is a webhook/callout I can use to extract Salesforce fields to update custom fields on ZD?

    Hey Anand,

    At this time, this is still not a feature within our Salesforce Integration.  You may be able to use some event based logic with Apex Triggers in Salesforce but that is a little outside of our scope in supporting setup.  You would need to connect with Salesforce in that regard.
