It is not possible to filter KB search results to a particular section(s)/ category. For example, we have multiple sections and categories in our existing Knowledge Base and it is often times not easy to look up the information needed when the search results returned are from ALL the sections.
It would be great if there is an "Advanced Search" feature in KB that allows you to pick which section(s) you are searching in or perhaps only provide results on search based on the actual section you are currently in.
As-is currently, productivity is significantly impacted trying to weed out what we are looking for. Your prompt attention to this request is greatly appreciated.
